Northwest Property Services LLC is a family owned and operated business founded by Matthew Aslakson in 2018. Matthew is a licensed general contractor, servicing all of Josephine and Jackson counties. His company specializes in a wide variety of repair work for residential and commercial customers, as well as excavation, new construction and remodel. His company was primarily established to meet the high demands for customers needing fast reliable service. 

The New Shop

This project is currently under construction. The building will be approximately 1500 square feet; it will include shop space deep enough for boat storage, storage area, the well will be located inside the storage area and a small office in back. This site will also expand the existing parking area to accommodate several trucks and trailers.  To date we have completed the tree removal, excavation of hillside and grading for foundation. We will update our website with more photos as progress is made.
